Health Insurance
We have many different health plans (group and individual) to meet your needs, including dental, weekly benefits, life insurance and Medicare Supplements, plus cancer insurance and long term disability. Coverage, rates and, just as important, service are all focused on giving you the most for your money. Also, let us show you how to give your employees an additional APSA of Illinois benefit, at no cost to you or them, by utilizing APSA of Illinois's Group Medical Expense Reimbursement Program (AGMERP).

Cafeteria Program
A Cafeteria program through your Association is an exciting employee benefit plan that will create tax savings for both the Association members as employers, and for their employees. Tax savings are created by allowing employees to pay for certain expenses, such as insurance premiums, uninsured medical expenses and dependent care with pre-tax dollars, which saves the employee tax dollars, and also saves the employer payroll tax dollars. This service is offered to members at a competitive rate.

custom and stock forms, prompt reliable service and significant savings. Continuous 
computer forms to match your software, personalized continuous letter head, stock 
computer paper, snap-out sets, checks, personalized envelopes, labels and tags are

Ralph Silverman Memorial Foundation Student Loan/Scholarship Program
The late Ralph Silverman (the first APSA of Illinois President), whom this program honors, was a stalwart in the cause for industry advancement through education. This program was founded to further promote quality and high standards through education within the automotive aftermarket industry.

The Student Loan program is unique in that money borrowed is "interest-free".  Persons who meet the criteria can apply each academic year for $1,000 (maximum $4,000).

The Scholarship program provides up to six (6) $500 scholarships to students who meet the requirements and intend to pursue a career in the automotive aftermarket industry. Students are eligible to apply each academic year up to four years.

ONLINE APPLICATION: APSA of Illinois has joined GAAS and other organizations to create an online scholarship resource for students planning to pursue careers in the automotive aftermarket.  In order to apply for our scholarship/student loan and  be considered for additional scholarships, please go to www.automotivescholarships.org to complete your loan/scholarship application. (Select APSA of IL under the students tab.)

Deadline for applications is March 31st of each year.
Both Loans and Scholarships require Illinois residency and an APSA of Illinois Member Sponsor.

 
Credit Card Processing Program
Are you paying more to accept Commercial Credit Cards? APSA of Illinois’ MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY is published annually. This important tool is a free membership benefit provided to assist in your day-to-day operations.
