The mission of APSA of Illinois is to provide communications, education, legislative and regulatory advocacy and group purchasing of services for its members while promoting the motor vehicle aftermarket industry.

Ralph Silverman Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program
The late Ralph Silverman (the first APSA of Illinois President), whom this program honors, was an advocate of industry advancement through education. This program was founded to further promote quality and high standards through education within the automotive aftermarket industry.

The Scholarship program provides up to six (6) $500 scholarships to students who meet the requirements and intend to pursue a career in the automotive aftermarket industry. Students are eligible to apply each academic year up to four years.

ONLINE APPLICATION: APSA of Illinois has joined GAAS and other organizations to create an online scholarship resource for students planning to pursue careers in the automotive aftermarket.  In order to apply for our scholarship and  be considered for additional scholarships, please go to www.automotivescholarships.com to complete your scholarship application. (Select APSA of IL under the students tab.)

If you wish to download the RSMF scholarship application and submit by mail, you will only be considered for the RSMF Scholarship.

Deadline for applications is March 31st of each year.
Scholarships require Illinois residency and an APSA of Illinois Member Sponsor.
