What it is:

Data Transfer, Inc., partnered with APSA of Illinois, offers long distance service through PowerNet Global Communications. This long distance service is one of the lowest cost long distance services available.

You can call anywhere in the state of Illinois for a low 3.9¢ per minute, or anywhere in the Continental United States for 4.4¢ per minute. There are NO minimums, or long-term agreements. As an additional option you can have your own personal 800 number to receive calls from customers and business associates. Incoming 800 calls are billed to you at the same rate noted in this flyer. All rates are the same 24 hours a day - 7days a week. APSA of Illinois will benefit from your participation.
